We are a small business and design studio. Each and every order is hand packed and shipped by us. We try to ship orders and reply to emails as soon as possible, but please be patient with us! We appreciate your support, and feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about our process.
Orders are shipped from our studio Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible, but all orders of in-stock merchandise have a processing time of up to 72 business hours. Business hours are Monday- Friday, 10am-6pm EST.Note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
DOMESTIC ORDERS: We offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders over $150. For all orders under $150, flat rate ground shipping is available for $9.99. Express shipping is available for (i) a flat rate of $35 for 2-3 day delivery or (ii) a flat rate of $49 for overnight delivery. The fee per item for flat rate shipments is $5 per item.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All International orders (including Canada) ship via USPS for a flat rate of $65, plus a $5 fee per item. Any International order may be subject to customs charges, which are the sole responsibility of the customer (Fleabags is not able to provide any guidance regarding any such charges).
Our goal is for you to have a great online shopping experience and be completely satisfied with your Fleabags purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return your purchase from fleabg.com for a refund of the item, not the shipping cost paid. Your return must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of purchase, and the returned product must be unused, in the state you received it. Please note the following exceptions:
all monogrammed items and any other item marked as "Final Sale," including all samples, are final sale and may not be returned; and
all items on sale (including via promotional codes) 25% or more may only be exchanged for another item or for store credit.
There is a limit on number of returns allowed per customer. Customers are only allowed to return 2 bags in any six month period for a refund. Any additional returns will be treated as exchanges.
For items shipped via our free ground shipping, a $9.99 restocking fee per bag will be deducted from your refund. For items shipped express or internationally, the specific shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
Please ship returns to the below address and include a print-out of your emailed order confirmation or reference to the original order confirmation (including name and date of purchase). Shipments of returns to us are at customer’s expense.

* We highly recommend you insure your parcel and adequately protect the product during shipment. In the case of a lost package, Fleabags requires tracking information with proof of delivery and is not responsible for reimbursement or compensation of product lost or damaged during shipment.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above standards. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 days.
All exchanges are subject to availability and the same standards outlined above, provided that Fleabags will ship the exchanged item free of shipping charges. Exchanges must be pre-authorized by Fleabags. There is a limit of 1 EXCHANGE per customer, per purchase.

You can check the status of your order by emailing us at email@example.com. You can send changes to your order at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be happy to make changes to your order as long as it has not yet shipped.
If you purchase a product from fleabg.com and later notice that it has been discounted on our site, we will happily process a price adjustment within 7 days of your original purchase. No price adjustments will be honored more than 7 days after the original purchase. It is the responsibility of the customer to request a price adjustment. Price adjustments will only be honored for items that have been specifically “marked down” or put on sale.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear on fleabg.com. We cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color will be accurate.
Fleabags collects sales tax on orders shipped to New York.
We sometimes offer items for "pre-order," meaning that you can an order an item that is not yet in stock, and often at a discounted price. Please note that unless otherwise stated, all pre-orders are final sale, and will ship at the date specified on the product page.
Please note that if you purchase items that are currently in stock at the same time as the pre-order item, all items will ship together when the pre-ordered item is available.
If you believe that your product requires a repair, please contact us at your earliest convenience at email@example.com and include a description of your repair issue and any applicable photographs. At such time, we will confirm the availability of a repair and any applicable repair charges.
Fleabags offers a 90-day limited warranty on products purchased from fleabg.com. Under this warranty if any of our products are defective in the material or workmanship, under normal use anytime within the first 90 days, we will repair or replace the item free of charge with the same or comparable product. This warranty does not cover damages arising from accidents or misuse, or from any alteration, service or repair performed by any other party other than Fleabags. Fleabags will cover all shipping and repair charges for products covered by this limited warranty.
Outside of the limited warranty, Fleabags will still gladly assist with items that are repairable. Our standard charge is a flat fee of $60 (this includes return shipping to the customer). However, in the event that your repair presents a non-standard issue, we will quote the applicable repair fee.
Please ship all repairs to the below address and include in the shipment: (1) your name, (2) your return shipping address, (3) your email address and (4) a short description of the repair issue. Shipments of repairs to us (other than under warranty) are at customer’s expense.
