We are a small business and design studio located in Biddeford, Maine. Each order is hand packed and shipped by us. We try to ship orders and reply to emails as quickly as possible, but we greatly appreciate your patience. Please reach out to us if you have any questions about our process.
Orders are shipped from our studio Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Our goal is to ship your purchase as quickly as possible, but all orders of in-stock merchandise have a processing time of up to 3 business days. Monogrammed items ship within 6 business days.
DOMESTIC ORDERS: We offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders. Packages shipped via Ground are sent via USPS or UPS, at our discretion. Express shipping is available for either a 2-3 day delivery or overnight delivery for an additional charge.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All International orders (including Canada) ship via USPS for a flat rate of $65. Any International order may be subject to customs charges, which are the sole responsibility of the customer (IMMODEST COTTON is not able to provide any guidance regarding any such charges).
